| ABOUT UNIVERSITY |
| Mohanlal Sukhadia University, NACC accredited B++, |

| is a multi-faculty teaching cum affiliating university, |
| consisting of four constituent colleges, 27 post |
| graduate departments and more than 130 affiliated |
| colleges in the districts of Udaipur, Rajsamand, Sirohi, |
| Dungarpur, Banswara, Chittorgarh and Pratapgarh. |
| The University was established in 1962 as Agriculture |
| University of Rajasthan. Then, it has turned into a |
| multi faculty university in 1964 named as "University of Udaipur". As a mark of respect in the memory |
| of Late Shri Mohanlal Sukhadia, the architect of modern Rajasthan, the university has been renamed as |
| Mohanlal Sukhadia University in 1982. |
| The university imparts high quality education at graduate and post graduate levels in the front line |
| areas of Commerce, Management, Education, Social Sciences, Arts, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, |
| Information Technology and various other disciplines. The university has grown phenomenally since |
| its inception. |

| University College of Commerce and Management Studies |

| has emerged as a centre of excellence in higher education |
| in business studies consistng of three departments: |
| a) Department of Accountancy and Statistics |
| b) Department of Business Administration |
| c) Department of Banking and Business Economics |
| The departments are equipped with faculty having rich |
| experience of teaching, research and extension. |

| The MBI programme is marching ahead towards its goal of excellence and |
| is all set to provide a front to its participants to learn global business trends, |
| especially the traits, methods, techniques and strategies employed in the |
| fastest growing service sectors such as "Banking and Insurance" and |
| also to exchange ideas and topics of interest in the subject area. We know |
| that careful planning, meticulous implementation and continuous monitoring |
| is essential to achieve the goal of academic excellence and accordingly we |
| have
made all arrangements to run the course yield fruits. |
